What's your rate card?

Base pricing starts at $120 for a 1BR/1BA and scales with bedrooms and bathrooms — a 3BR/2BA is $210, a 5BR/3BA is $325. Waterfront properties, linen service, and deep cleans are priced separately. You'll see the calculated rate before any job is booked.

How does scheduling work?

You paste your Airbnb / Vrbo / Booking.com calendar URL once. Every guest checkout automatically creates a turnover request on my schedule. If I'm available during your window the job is auto-booked; if not, it appears in my feed to assign manually. You can also book turnovers directly in your portal.

What is the "walkthrough" for new properties?

Before my first cleaning I need 8 reference photos (exterior, living room, kitchen, pantry, master bed, master bath, guest bed, guest bath) plus lockbox info. You can either upload those photos yourself from your portal, or skip it and I'll capture them on my first visit. Both work.

How do I pay?

Every cleaning generates an invoice in your portal with Stripe payment built in. You can save a card on file for auto-charge (one tap), or pay each invoice manually. All receipts are PDF-downloadable.

What if something's broken or the guest left a mess?

I log any issues with photos during the cleaning. You see them immediately in your portal and can acknowledge or escalate. For long-term damage tracking there's a separate damage log so nothing falls through the cracks across turnovers.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Pay-per-cleaning, no monthly minimum. Recurring retainer pricing is available for hosts who prefer it.

Yes — $1M general liability through Lloyd's of London. Certificate of insurance available on request.
